What is the MLS?  The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is an Internet database that compiles ALL of the SALE PROPERTIES by real estate brokerages in your area.  Listing on the MLS is exclusive to Realtors.  Reduced-Fee listings offer you the potential to get your home VIEWED by a much greater percentage of buyers!

What is a Listing Syndication?  In addition to MLS advertising for Sales, we distribute your listing to a large number of public search sites like Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow, Google, Yahoo, AOL, Trulia, and many other popular sites.
