If we have a tenant to place and you have a rental that fits their criteria, we may contact you as we are always looking at the available rental homes.  This type of tenant placement is a flat-fee (reduced) service since we had no marketing involved! Unlike many other companies that will still want you to sign their 30-day full-price contract just in case their renter doesn't work out.  We are respectful of your right and desire to market your home for rent.  However, if you want us to market your home, we would love to have that opportunity! 


What we provide with our tenant placements:

• Before even showing your property, we will discuss your tenant acceptance criteria and showing instructions.  This will save you hours of work by ensuring that only tenants within certain criteria will even see your home.  If you desire, we can show your home even without you there, again a time-saving benefit to you!  As licensed Realtors we are familiar with showing homes and pointing out the "unique" and "advantages" of homes.  We know how to sell and rent homes!
• If the tenant that you allow us to show your home to does not decide on yours, upon your approval we will keep your contact information and home information in our databases for future showings.
• If you are listed as a tenant placement prospect only, we will also create a "Remember Me" Flyer with the basic information for your home along with a photo or photos if you provide them.
• We will run and provide copies of credit reports, background checks, and criminal checks.  We do not rely on our background company only.
• We will personally verify employment, rental history status, and budget status to determine affordability. 
• We will review with you via personal meeting or phone each of the reports.
• We will guide you (if desired) through the rental negotiations.
• We will welcome your new tenant home upon move-in and provide them with a relocation package.
• We will provide you PEACE-OF-MIND! We will save you up to 80 man-hours of work!
