Tenant Placements for Landlords

As relocation specialists for Douglas County, we are often placing tenants in homes.  Unfortunately, we may not always have what the tenants desire in our inventory and will query the rental sites and contact property managers and homeowners for a tenant placement possibility.  The tenants still want help and guidance in their relocation and we will run the searches and query the homes for them.  In essence, we are acting as their buyers agent yet for a rental home.  Depending on the rental market, we can often help you rent your home out with these services.
