Rental Listing Services - Landlord
We can help you market your home professionally and provide maximum exposure to your rental home. We offer rental comparitive market analysis worksheets to help you determine the best market rent for your home. We also offer professional advice as to when to put your house on the rental market - for instance, you don't want your home shown if you have current renters that do not keep your home in showable condition.
Our services are on a pay-for-performance basis and can range from 70% up to 80% of your home's monthly rent. Due to our extensive marketing campaign and above-and-beyond services provided in our rental listings, we do have a minimum fee that we can not go below. We provide the premium rental marketing campaign in Douglas County, feel free to ask for our Landlord Listing references. As a Note: If you bring a renter to the table, we do not get paid as we did not perform.
